Professional Use Instructions

Preparation: Clean lashes and brows with Maxymova Cleansing Foam to remove residues and ensure better absorption.

Mix:

  • 1 drop of Maxymova Ultra Black Tint

  • 1.5 drops of Maxymova 1.8% Lash Oxidant

Mix carefully in a non-metallic container  or Nanopad using a non-metallic brush 

Application: Apply the tint following the natural direction of hair growth on lashes and brows.

Processing time: 2 to 10 minutes depending on the desired intensity. Remember: the longer it processes, the deeper the color.

Final step: Gently remove with a damp cotton pad or swab, then rinse thoroughly with water.

Do not use if:

  • You have open wounds or irritations in the area.

  • You have had previous allergic reactions to dyes or temporary black henna tattoos.

  • Your skin or scalp is sensitive or inflamed.

In case of eye contact:
— Rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Wear appropriate gloves during the entire application.
Use only the prepared mixture and discard any leftovers after use.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light/heat sources.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is one working day for all orders whose payment has been confirmed by 4:00 PM and whose destination is mainland Spain. Delivery to the Balearic Islands takes 48 hours, and to the Canary Islands 5 working days + customs.

The delivery time to mainland Portugal is 1–2 working days.

Orders received after 4:00 PM will be prepared and shipped on the next working day. Deliveries are made only on working days from Monday to Friday. All our items are shipped via courier. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be re-invoiced to the customer, and these costs vary depending on the destination. If the total price of the products in the order exceeds €60.00 (VAT included), shipping will be free provided the destination is mainland Spain, mainland Portugal, or the Balearic Islands.

Customs duties and local taxes must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the shipment.  

Shipping costs to other destinations will depend on the weight of the package.

 

RETURNS

The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without having to provide a reason and without incurring any cost, except for shipping and return expenses, which will be borne by the customer. The following exceptions (among others) are established regarding the right of withdrawal, as expressly provided for by consumer and user legislation:

a) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

b) The supply of goods which, after delivery and due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer to make the purchase.
