Shipping & Returns


Vitalia Partners, SL will not send any product until the Administration Department of Vitalia Partners, SL has verified that payment has been made.

Delivery will be considered made when the carrier has made the products available to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and expose all reservations and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document.

Vitalia Partners, SL does not commit to any urgent shipping. The delivery times indicated are for guidance purposes and Vitalia Partners, SL strives to respect them. However, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the purchase or any compensation. Any penalty clause for delay introduced by the customer in their purchase is void by the application of the provisions of these legal conditions.

Vitalia Partners, SL will send the products by the means it deems appropriate to fulfill its commitments.

The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.

Invoices can be downloaded from the account created by the customer in the online store.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.

Delivery will be made punctually under the responsibility of the carrier.

An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package, or packages, to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt note.


Delivery term

The delivery time is one business day for all orders whose payment has been confirmed until 4:00 p.m. and whose destination is mainland Spain. To the Balearic Islands it is 48 hours and to the Canary Islands it is 5 working days + customs.

The delivery time to mainland Portugal is 1-2 working days.

Orders received after 4:00 p.m. They will be prepared and shipped the next business day. Deliveries are only made on business days from Monday to Friday. All our items are sent via courier.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be re-invoiced to the customer, these costs differ depending on the destination. If the total price of the products in the order exceeds €60.00 (VAT included), the shipping costs for said order will be free as long as the destination is Spain and mainland Portugal and the Balearic Islands.

Charges corresponding to customs and local taxes must be paid by the customer at the time of receiving the shipment.

Shipping costs to other destinations will depend on the weight of the package.


Claim for undelivered orders

The customer, after receiving an email that their order has been sent, if after a reasonable period of time they do not receive the product, they can contact Seena Owell by phone (+34) 914 213 059, using the contact form or by email: to clarify the cause of the delay. Once the claim is obtained, Seena Owell will contact the consumer and/or user in order to explain what happened and reach an agreement about what happened. In the last case that Seena Owell does not have availability of the contracted good, the consumer and/or user will be informed of this lack of availability and will receive the amounts paid from Vitalia Partners, SL in the shortest possible time.



If, once the purchase has been made, you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can do so as long as it is indicated using the contact form established for this purpose in the "contact" section or in writing to the email address info@seenaowell .com, customer service form or by phone at (+34) 914 213 059 indicating the number of the order you wish to cancel.


Return policy

The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost except the costs related to shipping and return that will be assumed by the client. The following exceptions are established (among others) in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and are expressly included in the Law on consumers and users, which are:

a) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

b) The supply of goods that, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

The refund of the amount will be made using the same payment method with which the user made the purchase. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, that is, in perfect condition and of course it cannot be damaged, beaten or with reliable evidence of use that prevents the sale of the same product again. To ship it, it must be done in appropriate packaging that protects it during the journey.


To exercise their right of withdrawal, the client has a period of 14 calendar days. To do so, they will complete the form established for this purpose in the “My account” section or make another type of unequivocal statement in which they indicate their decision to withdraw from the sales contract.

Whether by one means or another, your communication must contain the following data:

  • Your identifying information: full name and address
  • Order number appearing on the invoice sent to you along with the purchased item Name of the purchased item
  • Your willingness to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract
  • Communication date
  • If you send your request by non-electronic means (for example, postal mail), it must be signed.

From the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, the customer has a period of 7 calendar days to return the purchased product to Vitalia Partners, SL in perfect condition along with a copy of the purchase invoice. Vitalia Partners, SL will promptly communicate to the client by email the acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal. Once the product is received, it will deliver without undue delay the sums delivered by the client, discounting the shipping and return costs of the carrier, which will be borne by the client.
