Recommended instructions for use:

  1. Determine the skin type of the eyebrow area (dry or oily).

  2. For dry skin: Without shaking the bottle, apply the lotion with a cotton ball to your eyebrows, massage gently, then rinse and dry the area.

  3. For oily skin: Shake the bottle well, then apply with a cotton ball, massaging to activate mechanical exfoliation. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

  4. Once the area is prepared, proceed with the design, contouring, henna, or tinting steps according to your usual protocol.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is one working day for all orders whose payment has been confirmed by 4:00 PM and whose destination is mainland Spain. Delivery to the Balearic Islands takes 48 hours, and to the Canary Islands 5 working days + customs.

The delivery time to mainland Portugal is 1–2 working days.

Orders received after 4:00 PM will be prepared and shipped on the next working day. Deliveries are made only on working days from Monday to Friday. All our items are shipped via courier. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be re-invoiced to the customer, and these costs vary depending on the destination. If the total price of the products in the order exceeds €60.00 (VAT included), shipping will be free provided the destination is mainland Spain, mainland Portugal, or the Balearic Islands.

Customs duties and local taxes must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the shipment.  

Shipping costs to other destinations will depend on the weight of the package.

 

RETURNS

The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without having to provide a reason and without incurring any cost, except for shipping and return expenses, which will be borne by the customer. The following exceptions (among others) are established regarding the right of withdrawal, as expressly provided for by consumer and user legislation:

a) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

b) The supply of goods which, after delivery and due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer to make the purchase.
