Advice from Seena Owell:
- Always remove the Perm Lotion, Setting Lotion and Tint with a dry swab. Never remove with water or a swab dipped in water. The remains of Tint and Glue are removed only with the Moisturizing Serum.
- Be careful not to wet the lashes (with water or any other product that can neutralize the effect of the eyelash lifting) during 24 hours.

¿Para qué sirve el serum de pestañas?
Este sérum aportar hidratación a la pestaña y para despegarla del molde o del rulo en los servicios de permanente de pestañas o lifting de pestañas. Limpia la pestaña de cualquier resto de pegamento y nutre la pestaña desde la raíz.
¿Cómo hidratar las pestañas?
Es necesario productos que nutran desde la raíz, después del servicio de lifting o permanente de pestañas se aplica un sérum para hidratarla después del proceso químico que se ha realizado en ella. Este paso es muy importante porque a parte de nutrir la pestaña elimina todos los residuos de pegamento que pueda haber en ella.
¿Cómo se aplica el serum de pestañas?
El serúm hidratante se aplica después de la realización de un servicio de lifting o permanente de pestañas. Si realizas el tinte debe ir después de él, teniendo la pestaña limpia y sin residuo de tinte. Se aplica con un microcepillo por toda la pestaña desde la raíz hacia la punta. Si no realizas el tinte el sérum se debe aplicar después del paso 2 o setting, teniendo la pestaña limpia del producto anterior.

DELIVERY TERM
The delivery time is one business day for all orders whose payment has been confirmed by 4:00 p.m. and whose destination is mainland Spain. To the Balearic Islands it is 48 hours and to the Canary Islands it is 5 working days + customs.
The delivery time to mainland Portugal is 1-2 working days.
Orders received after 4:00 p.m. They will be prepared and shipped the next business day. Deliveries are only made on business days from Monday to Friday. All our items are sent via courier.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be re-invoiced to the customer, these costs differ depending on the destination. If the total price of the products in the order exceeds €60.00 (VAT included), the shipping costs for said order will be free as long as the destination is Spain and mainland Portugal and the Balearic Islands.
Charges corresponding to customs and local taxes must be paid by the customer at the time of receiving the shipment.
Shipping costs to other destinations will depend on the weight of the package.
RETURNS
The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost except the costs related to shipping and return that will be assumed by the client.
