Professional method of use for brow lamination

  1. Apply Step 1 LIFT to the brows and leave it on for 4 to 12 minutes, depending on the type and resistance of the hair.
  2. Remove Step 1 LIFT with a Maxymova brush or a suitable professional tool.
  3. Apply Step 2 FIX along the full length of the brows and leave it on for 7 or 8 minutes.
  4. Remove Step 2 FIX with a Maxymova brush or a suitable professional tool.
  5. Perform brow tinting at this stage, if it is part of the professional service.
  6. Clean the tint with a damp cotton pad.
  7. Finish the treatment by cleaning any remaining residue and apply Lash & Brow Cocktail with a brush to promote absorption into the hair.
  8. Do not rinse Lash & Brow Cocktail after application.

Professional method of use for lash lamination

  1. Apply Step 1 LIFT to the lashes for 6 to 12 minutes, depending on the density and resistance of the natural lashes.
  2. Start the application at an approximate distance of 0.5 to 2 mm from the root.
  3. Cover between 30% and 60% of the height of the lashes, depending on the type of pad used.
  4. Remove Step 1 LIFT with a dry cotton bud.
  5. Apply Step 2 FIX for 8 minutes, slightly above the area where the first composition was applied and maintaining a distance of 0.5 to 2 mm from the root.
  6. Apply the tint following the manufacturer’s instructions, if it is part of the professional service.
  7. Apply GOCCIA after the tint, or after Step 2 FIX if no colouring is performed.
  8. Leave GOCCIA on for 5 minutes to nourish, hydrate, strengthen and add shine to lashes and brows.
  9. Remove GOCCIA with a Maxymova brush or a suitable professional tool.
  10. Finish the procedure with Lash & Brow Cocktail as the final step to help restore, hydrate and protect lashes and brows.
  11. Do not rinse Lash & Brow Cocktail after application.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is one working day for all orders whose payment has been confirmed by 4:00 PM and whose destination is mainland Spain. Delivery to the Balearic Islands takes 48 hours, and to the Canary Islands 5 working days + customs.

The delivery time to mainland Portugal is 1–2 working days.

Orders received after 4:00 PM will be prepared and shipped on the next working day. Deliveries are made only on working days from Monday to Friday. All our items are shipped via courier. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be re-invoiced to the customer, and these costs vary depending on the destination. If the total price of the products in the order exceeds €60.00 (VAT included), shipping will be free provided the destination is mainland Spain, mainland Portugal, or the Balearic Islands.

Customs duties and local taxes must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the shipment.  

Shipping costs to other destinations will depend on the weight of the package.

 

RETURNS

The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without having to provide a reason and without incurring any cost, except for shipping and return expenses, which will be borne by the customer. The following exceptions (among others) are established regarding the right of withdrawal, as expressly provided for by consumer and user legislation:

a) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

b) The supply of goods which, after delivery and due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer to make the purchase.
