Technology and operation

The device works by applying heat to the body through the sauna blanket. The treatment time can be adjusted between 1 and 60 minutes, with an initial setting of 20 minutes when switched on. The default temperature starts at 25 °C and can be adjusted up to 65 °C on the control system.

The control allows different combinations of body areas to be selected. According to the manual, the areas identified as BREAST, ABDOMEN and LEGS can be regulated, as well as the option to work on all three areas together. After selecting the area, the temperature is set with the corresponding button and, after a few seconds, the display shows the actual working temperature.

In the preparation guidelines, the manufacturer recommends starting with an initial temperature of 40-45 °C and adjusting it progressively according to individual tolerance. In the same documentation, it is stated that the maximum recommended temperature of use should not exceed 55 °C, so the upper value on the controller should be interpreted as a technical system limit rather than a recommendation for usual clinical or aesthetic use.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is one working day for all orders whose payment has been confirmed by 4:00 PM and whose destination is mainland Spain. Delivery to the Balearic Islands takes 48 hours, and to the Canary Islands 5 working days + customs.

The delivery time to mainland Portugal is 1–2 working days.

Orders received after 4:00 PM will be prepared and shipped on the next working day. Deliveries are made only on working days from Monday to Friday. All our items are shipped via courier. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be re-invoiced to the customer, and these costs vary depending on the destination. If the total price of the products in the order exceeds €60.00 (VAT included), shipping will be free provided the destination is mainland Spain, mainland Portugal, or the Balearic Islands.

Customs duties and local taxes must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the shipment.  

Shipping costs to other destinations will depend on the weight of the package.

 

RETURNS

The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without having to provide a reason and without incurring any cost, except for shipping and return expenses, which will be borne by the customer. The following exceptions (among others) are established regarding the right of withdrawal, as expressly provided for by consumer and user legislation:

a) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

b) The supply of goods which, after delivery and due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer to make the purchase.
