The 16 cm thick mattress is made up of 4 distinct layers: high-density foam, latex, soft foam, and a “Dream Soft” surface layer. This combination offers exceptional pressure relief and body contouring, ensuring superior comfort even during long treatments.

Its metal structure is clad in lacquered grey MDF wood and features six built-in drawers (three per side) for optimal storage and a refined look. The adjustable armrests include removable cushions and are gas-piston operated to allow perfect client positioning, reducing shoulder and arm tension. The removable, multi-position headrest includes a face hole with a horseshoe cushion and an additional rectangular cushion.

The bed is operated via an intuitive wired remote control and is compatible with an optional foot pedal. It also features a two-level heating system and a built-in mobile holder, allowing the client to watch their phone while lying face down. With its LED base lighting and wide 83 cm mattress, Luminy redefines comfort, elegance, and functionality in one versatile bed.

Shipping and returns

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is one working day for all orders whose payment has been confirmed by 4:00 PM and whose destination is mainland Spain. Delivery to the Balearic Islands takes 48 hours, and to the Canary Islands 5 working days + customs.

The delivery time to mainland Portugal is 1–2 working days.

Orders received after 4:00 PM will be prepared and shipped on the next working day. Deliveries are made only on working days from Monday to Friday. All our items are shipped via courier. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be re-invoiced to the customer, and these costs vary depending on the destination. If the total price of the products in the order exceeds €60.00 (VAT included), shipping will be free provided the destination is mainland Spain, mainland Portugal, or the Balearic Islands.

Customs duties and local taxes must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the shipment.  

Shipping costs to other destinations will depend on the weight of the package.

 

RETURNS

The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without having to provide a reason and without incurring any cost, except for shipping and return expenses, which will be borne by the customer. The following exceptions (among others) are established regarding the right of withdrawal, as expressly provided for by consumer and user legislation:

a) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

b) The supply of goods which, after delivery and due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer to make the purchase.
