DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is one working day for all orders whose payment has been confirmed by 4:00 PM and whose destination is mainland Spain. Delivery to the Balearic Islands takes 48 hours, and to the Canary Islands 5 working days + customs.

The delivery time to mainland Portugal is 1–2 working days.

Orders received after 4:00 PM will be prepared and shipped on the next working day. Deliveries are made only on working days from Monday to Friday. All our items are shipped via courier. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be re-invoiced to the customer, and these costs vary depending on the destination. If the total price of the products in the order exceeds €60.00 (VAT included), shipping will be free provided the destination is mainland Spain, mainland Portugal, or the Balearic Islands.

Customs duties and local taxes must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the shipment.  

Shipping costs to other destinations will depend on the weight of the package.

RETURNS

The consumer and/or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it without having to provide a reason and without incurring any cost, except for shipping and return expenses, which will be borne by the customer. The following exceptions (among others) are established regarding the right of withdrawal, as expressly provided for by consumer and user legislation:

a) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

b) The supply of goods which, after delivery and due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer to make the purchase.

The products and services will be paid in advance by the client using one of the methods enabled in this store, or under the conditions that Vitalia Partners, SL subscribes to with the client. When placing the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made in the online store by:

• Credit or debit card through the virtual POS. Through this means of payment, the buyer will have to provide their card number, the expiration date and their CVV number. In this case, your data will be encrypted and sent under a secure server to the bank's virtual POS. This procedure does not provide any of your card information to seenaowell.com.
• Bank transfer : To make payment using this method, the client must make a bank transfer (determining the order reference in the concept) within a maximum period of 3 business days from placing the order. The company reserves the right to cancel the order if it has not received confirmation of the transfer after this period. The bank account will be shown to the client at the time they choose this payment method and they will receive an email indicating the amount and account to which to make the transfer.
• PayPal : This payment method has a surcharge of 2.9% of the total amount plus 0.35 euros per order, which is the commission that Paypal charges for using its service. Using this method you can make the payment with your credit card or with the balance of your Paypal account.
• Cash on delivery : Through this method the customer will pay the order to the carrier as soon as they receive it. This method has a surcharge for the commission charged by the carrier.
