LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY DRAW
1. Organising Entity
The company Vitalia Partners, S.L. (hereinafter, “Seena Owell”), with registered office at C/ Mar Tirreno 8, nave E-08 (28830 San Fernando de Henares, Madrid), tax ID B87741146, organises a draw called “10th Anniversary Seena Owell Draw” (hereinafter, “the Draw”), which will be governed by these terms and conditions.
2. Purpose of the Draw
To celebrate Seena Owell’s 10th Anniversary, a draw will be held to reward the loyalty of its customers.
3. Prize
The prize will consist of a digital gift voucher worth €250 (two hundred and fifty euros) to be spent exclusively in Seena Owell’s online store: www.seenaowell.com.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- It cannot be transferred to another person.
- The maximum redemption period will be until 31 December 2025.
4. Participation Dates
The Draw will take place from 1 October 2025 at 00:00 hours until 31 October 2025 at 23:59 hours (Spanish peninsular time).
5. Participation Requirements
All individuals over 18 years of age who make purchases in Seena Owell’s online store during the period indicated in the previous point may participate in the Draw under the following conditions:
- Each purchase with a minimum amount of €100 (VAT included, excluding shipping costs) entitles the participant to one entry.
- Orders under €100 do not accumulate entries and cannot be combined.
- For every €100 segment in the same order, an additional entry will be granted. Examples:
- Order of €100 (VAT incl., excluding shipping) → 1 entry.
- Order of €250 → 2 entries.
- Order of €500 → 5 entries.
- For international customers, the equivalent amount in the local currency will apply according to the official exchange rate on the purchase date, including VAT or local taxes and excluding shipping costs.6. Exclusions
The following may not participate in the Draw:
- Employees of Seena Owell or partner companies, nor individuals or companies considered official distributors of our products.
- Persons under 18 years of age.
- Purchases that have been subject to returns or subsequent cancellations.
7. Selection of the Winner
The winner will be selected by a random draw among all valid entries.
- The draw will be held and officially announced on 6 November 2025.
- A list of alternates will also be designated, who may be contacted in case the winner does not accept the prize or cannot be reached within 7 calendar days from the first contact attempt.
8. Notification of the Winner
The winner will be contacted via the email and/or phone number associated with their order. In addition, Seena Owell may announce the result on its official channels (website, social media, newsletter).
9. Prize Delivery
- The prize will be delivered in digital format (code or gift voucher) and will only be valid for purchases made in Seena Owell’s online store.
- The redemption period will be until 31 December 2025, at which time it will automatically expire.
10. Data Protection
The personal data used to manage this draw comes from orders placed in Seena Owell’s online store. This data will be processed solely for the purpose of managing participation in the draw and prize delivery, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Acceptance of the Terms
Participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
Any statement to the contrary will result in the participant’s exclusion.
12. Responsibilities
Seena Owell reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Draw due to force majeure, without generating any right to compensation. Likewise, the organisation may disqualify any fraudulent participation or any that does not comply with these terms.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the Draw, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
