This manicure is very versatile, it suits all nail shapes, short, long, square or almond-shaped. This trend is perfect for clients who like bright, eye-catching manicures. It involves creating space-themed decorations on the nails; to do this you'll need to mix different colours such as blue, black, purple, and then dilute them with colours like silver or gold.
Besides the space manicure, you can complement the decoration with planets, stars... This way you'll create a much more stylish, delicate manicure.
“Treasure” manicure
This manicure is the most extravagant of the new trends this spring. It involves doing the manicure in nude or pink tones that are simple and elegant, but what makes it more special is the application of decorations and adornments.
For this manicure we'll use decorations reminiscent of a pirate chest, which inside holds coins, gold, jewels and precious stones. These elements are incorporated into the manicure's design.
Holographic CD-style decorations
This trend from the 90s is coming back strong, inspired by a holographic CD. We can create this eye-catching manicure with a pigment that contains tiny reflective particles. You can do it over a light-coloured base or a French manicure; the powder is applied on top of the polish and we finish with a Top Coat.
American Nails
This manicure is back from the 90s and it's a trend coming from the United States. It's the new French manicure, involving thickening the tips of the French manicure to add lots of colour to the nails. This design can be done in different shapes, with several patterns or with different colours on each nail. To do it, you should use a very light base, similar to the nail's own colour. This decoration is more discreet and your clients will tire of it less quickly.

This trend involves wearing nails in natural colours as a French base, light shades or even transparent across the whole nail base, and adding touches like pearls, coloured circles, stripes or simply a bit of sparkle. This design is very discreet yet sophisticated at the same time, as you know, less is more, and it's positioned as one of the most requested trends this year.
It's perfect for any occasion, it's not a decoration that takes much time, and your clients will be delighted with this design on their nails.
Pantone colour Very Peri
As you already know, at the start of the year Pantone releases its trending colours for the whole year. This year's chosen colour is called Very Peri, which will undoubtedly be one of the most requested trends among clients. It's a very cheerful shade; big brands have already used this tone on their runways, celebrities have already posed with it on red carpets; it's a periwinkle blue with an invigorating red-violet undertone, an elegant shade suitable for any occasion.
You can work it across the whole nail or with decorations, but either way your clients definitely won't go unnoticed.
