From the most discreet styles to the most sophisticated, the latest manicure and “nail art” trends can't be missing from your beauty salon. Without a doubt, this year, nails are the stars of the looks.
So you don't miss a thing, we've compiled all the nail art trends being seen on social media and awaiting us in the coming months, so you'll never lack inspiration for any of your designs:
French manicure
This classic never goes out of style, but it's been reinvented to make way for new, more original and colourful designs like the ones we show you here:
The reverse French manicure is one of our favourites, the design possibilities are endless and the result is original and elegant.
And a combination of both with this season's colour, yellow:

Short nail designs
This season short nails are also making a strong comeback, and for this type of manicure, the less-is-more rule is the key to elegant hands.
One of the great advocates of this style is Betina Goldstein, who is one of the best nail artists in the world and one of Instagram's most famous manicurists.
Rainbow manicure
The rainbow manicure is another design that's still very much in demand, especially in summer. This year pastels are back on top, combining different shades of the same colour:
Flower and neon decorations
Another of this season's clearest trends is flower decorations (we've especially seen a lot of daisies) and those featuring vibrant colours like neon:
Tie-Dye
Tie-dye manicure. It couldn't be missing from our selection; this classic pattern, typical of summer and with hippie undertones, we've seen on t-shirts, skirts, bags... but where it hasn't been seen as much, and looks very original, is on nails.

More elaborate designs
If we think about more elaborate designs: stones, effects like mirror, iridescent, pearl, crystal and the more sophisticated decorations typical of nail art designs can't be missing from our selection.
Stamping plates are perfect for some of these designs, letting you decorate quickly in a very original way.
Autumn 2020 nail trends
And finally, there's nothing left to do but start thinking about the next season. This autumn there will also be room for natural nails, following the “raw” manicure trend, which involves keeping nails very well groomed with the effect of looking un“made-up”, either with clear polish or with very neutral nude colours reflecting that trend towards naturalness.
