SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

Vitalia Partners, S.L. will not send any products until the Vitalia Partners, S.L. Administration Department has verified that payment has been made.

Delivery shall be considered completed at the time the carrier has placed the products in the possession of the client and the delivery receipt has been signed. The customer must check the products upon reception and detail all their reservations and complaints on the delivery receipt so that they can then be investigated.

Vitalia Partners, S.L. does not undertake any urgent shipments. The delivery times indicated by Vitalia Partners, S.L. are a guide and Vitalia Partners strives to respect them. However, their delay does not imply the cancellation of the purchase or any compensation whatsoever. Any penalty clause introduced by the customer for the delay of a purchase is ineffective due to the application of the provisions of these legal conditions.

Vitalia Partners, S.L. will ship the products by the means it deems to be quickest in order to fulfill its commitments.

Products purchased will be delivered to the address specified in the order.

Invoices are sent to the email address specified by the customer in registering on the seenaowell.com online store and may also be consulted in the registration account created by the customer in the seenaowell.com online store.

There will be no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

The carrier is responsible for prompt delivery.

An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package, or packages, to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. The customer must check the condition of the goods upon reception and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.

Delivery

The shipment is made the same working day of the order, if it is made before 4:00 p.m. Delivery times depend on the country of the recipient and the chosen carrier and vary from 1-2 working days within the Iberian Peninsula to 5-7 working days + customs in the case of exports.

Deliveries are made on weekdays from Monday to Friday only. All our items are shipped by courier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be forwarded to the customer, such costs differing depending on the destination. FREE SHIPPING for orders over 125.00 GLP (VAT not included) to the United Kingdom. The corresponding customs charges and local taxes must be paid by the customer at the time of receiving the shipment.

Claim for undelivered orders

Upon receipt of an email that their order has been sent, if the customer does not receive the product after a reasonable amount of time, they can contact Vitalia Partners, S.L. via phone (+34) 914 213 059, or by email at: info@seenaowell.com to clarify the cause of the delay. Once the complaint has been received, seenaowell.com will contact the customer and/or user in order to explain what happened and reach an agreement on what happened. In the case that Vitalia Partners S.L. does not have access to the goods required, the consumer and/or user will be informed of this unavailability and will receive a refund from Vitalia Partners. S.L. as soon as possible.

Cancellations

If after purchase you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been issued, you can always do so via the contact form in the “contact section”, which was created for this purpose, by sending an email to info@seenaowell.com, via a customer form, or by telephone at (+34) 914 213 059, and stating the number of the order to be cancelled.

Refund Policy

The consumer and/or user shall have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the product without stating the reason and without incurring any costs other than shipping and returning costs, which will be paid by the customer. The following (among others) are exceptions within the right of withdrawal and are expressly contained in the law regarding consumers and users. These are:

a) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, and which were unsealed after delivery.

b) The supply of goods that, after delivery, taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

The refund will be made by the same payment method with which the user made the purchase. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, i.e. in perfect condition, and of course it cannot be damaged, hit, or with clear evidence of use that prevents the resale of that product. To return the product, it should be sent in appropriate packaging to protect it during transit.

Process:

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days. They will have to complete the form established for this purpose in the "My Account” section, or submit another type of unmistakable declaration in which they express their decision to withdraw from the sales contract.

Either in one form or another, said declaration must contain the following information:

  • Identification details: full name and address.
  • Order number on the invoice that was sent to you along with the purchased goods.
  • Name of the acquired goods.
  • Willingness to withdraw from the contract.
  • Date of communication.
  • If the request is sent by non-electronic means (e.g. mail) it must be signed.

From the date on which they inform us about their decision to cancel the purchase, the customer has a period of 7 calendar days to return the product purchased, in perfect condition, together with a copy of the purchase invoice to Vitalia Partners, S.L. Vitalia Partners, S.L. shall promptly inform the customer by mail of the reception of such a withdrawal statement. Upon reception of the product or the customer having proven of the return of the goods, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded without delay, minus shipping and return costs which will be paid for by the customer.
