The Primer is a product composed mostly of alcohol that will remove all traces of oil and grease that the natural eyelash has, leaving it ready to place the eyelash extensions. It is important to leave the product dry completely before the eyelash extensions application, so that, it will perform its function correctly.
It is a product that helps us to take off the lash extensions of natural eyelashes without causing damage to the natural eyelash or irritating the eye. It is a very soft product and easy to apply. You can find several formats (gel or cream) and different sizes. These two products (primer and remover) are basic and necessary for any lash extension technician.
We started by removing makeup from the eyelash to eliminate the remains of makeup that could have.
When it is completely clean, we must apply the Primer. We have three different types: brush type (contains an applicator brush), spray and washcloth.
The three perfectly fulfill their function and adapt to the way of working of each person according to their tastes.
The Primer brush type is applied with micro-brushes cleaning the eyelash until it is completely clean. We do not recommend applying this Primer with the applicator brush that comes with the bottle, to avoid contaminating the product from one client to another.
The Primer spray type is applied with the multifunctional applicator, cleaning it in the same way along with the lashes, until they are completely clean.
The wipe is the easiest to use. Using a wipe for each eye, we clean the eyelash until it is clean. You have to be very careful not to touch the skin because otherwise the eyelid could be dry up and be annoying for the client.
When a person comes to your place to do the eyelash extensions retouching, it is important to remove the old eyelashes extension, since as the natural eyelash grows, the extension will move towards the tip. It is very easy to recognize which are the old ones by the distance between the skin and the eyelash extension.
Doing this will help you to make the set of extensions that you are going to put your clients look perfect because, if this task was not performed, the client would have some tabs longer than others, messing up the work.
A minimum amount of remover should be applied to the eyelash extensions roots using a micro-brush. Allow the product to work for about 10 minutes. After this time, with a clean micro-brush, we can comb the eyelash extensions one by one, and they will be easily detached from the natural eyelash. It is a quick and simple process.
In this category you can find 2 different types of removers: gel remover or cream remover.
The gel remover can be found in 2 different sizes: 10 grams and 20 grams. This remover is transparent, and it has a gel texture, making it easier to apply than if it was liquid. It is fast, and it is advisable to use it with your eyes closed all the time. After removing the eyelash extensions, it is very important to properly clean the natural eyelash with wet cotton, to remove the small residues of remover that may rest at the root of the natural eyelash. In this way, when the client opens her eyes, she will not feel itching or discomfort.
The cream remover is very gentle, and slower to remove the lash extensions than the gel remover. It will take a little longer to remove the eyelash extensions. As it is softer than the previous one, it can be applied with open eyes without causing any kind of discomfort to the client.
We remind you that, a remover should never be sold to the client, they should always go to the center to remove their eyelash extensions. This work must be done by a professional, to make sure that the natural eyelash will not suffer any kind of damage.
We also have makeup remover foam and cleansing available. It is a white foam with a very silky and soft texture that will help us to remove makeup from the eyelashes of the clients. This product can be applied whether they have eyelash extensions or not. It must be used before the Primer. An almond should be applied to each eye and cleaned vertically on the eyelash with a special cleaning brush. It is suitable for all skin types, including clients with sensitive skin. It does not irritate or hurt the eye. It is necessary to wait for it to dry completely to apply the Primer.
The cleansing foam can be sold to the client for daily use, promoting a deep cleaning of the eyelashes. Consequently, the client will avoid any type of infection in the eyes.
